Thursday, January 19 the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the Instituto de Investigaciones Avanzadas en Tecnología de la Información y la Comunicaciones (IARC) was held.INDICATIC- AIPHéctor M. Montemayor Á., Rector of the Technological University of Panama.
During the meeting, the director of INDICATIC-AIP, Philippe Aniorte, presented to the board of directors the 2022 budget execution report and the actions carried out during this period; he presented the proposed budget of INDICATIC - AIP 2023-2026, the winning logo of the competition for the logo of the Public Interest Association INDICATIC - AIP was submitted for approval, approval of the appointment of the director of INDICATIC - AIP in process, banking among other issues.
INDICATIC- AIP is the center for technological development, research, training opportunities and collaboration with high-level specialists, to position Panama as a generator of knowledge, products and processes based on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). This center will be located in the facilities of the Technological University of Panama.
