Milagros Ja\u00e9n<\/a> de INDICATIC AIP de Panam\u00e1 y la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.once.es\/\">Organizaci\u00f3n Nacional de Ciegos de Espa\u00f1a (ONCE)<\/a>, , representa el <b>primer estudio que aplica esta tecnolog\u00eda en el contexto del test cl\u00ednico mini-BESTest<\/b> (Mini Balance Evaluation Systems Test), una herramienta prometedora para evaluar el equilibrio en pacientes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div>\n<p>Millones de personas con discapacidad visual enfrentan desaf\u00edos diarios para mantener el equilibrio, lo que afecta directamente su movilidad e independencia. El sistema desarrollado utiliza un dispositivo port\u00e1til con 12 sensores de movimiento distribuidos en distintas partes del cuerpo, cuyos datos son analizados mediante modelos de inteligencia artificial basados en aprendizaje profundo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div>\n<p>Los resultados son contundentes: el sistema logr\u00f3 predecir con un\u00a0<b>85,6% de precisi\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0si una persona tiene buen o mal equilibrio, espec\u00edficamente en la prueba de sostenerse sobre una pierna.
